5:30PM to 7:00PMThis Parenting Workshop Series : Assertiveness – Setting Limits Respectfully, will focus on the behaviors you want to see and giving your words POWER! Learn how being conscious of brain states in ourselves and children empowers us with the practical skills we need to manage thoughts, feeling and actions.
Workshops are FREE to attend! A dinner will be included! Onsite Childcare will be available!*Conscious Discipline is a researched based, and trauma informed approach to parenting and education that is based off of 4 main components.
