The Keweenaw Family Resource Center’s Parenting Workshop Series are based on the award-winning program, *Conscious Discipline.

5:30PM to 7:00PMThis parenting workshop series will explore strategies for achieving a healthier brain state for learning and problem solving and, as a parents, how we can teach our children to do the same. Learn how being conscious of brain states in ourselves and children empowers us with the practical skills we need to manage thoughts, feeling and actions.
Workshops are FREE to attend! A dinner will be included! Onsite Childcare will be available!*Conscious Discipline is a researched based, and trauma informed approach to parenting and education that is based off of 4 main components.
